More About the Owner

Not only is Mishell an Owner, she also serves as Cox Residential’s Chief Operating Officer.

Brian is married with 3 kids. He spent his life playing sports and developing himself in the construction business. He has 12 years of experience in the construction industry. Brian loves art and all sports but specifically: rugby, football, basketball, and triathalons.

Javier is currently studying business with 5 years in the construction industry. While still working toward his degree, Javier enjoys anything outdoors. His favorite sport is soccer.

Jonathan went to IUPUI and graduate with two Bachelors degrees in Spanish and Philosophy. He has 8 years of experience in the remodeling industry. John is bilingual and married with 3 amazing kids. He loves soccer, skiing and anything culinary. His favorite part of his job is he loves to help others and offer solutions to their problems.

Chris is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelors in Accounting. He loves all sports and video games. Chris has 3 years of experience in the construction industry and insurance claims.

Jorge is married with 2 kids. He has a passion for quality control and loves learning new things and enjoys a good challenge. He has 4 years in the construction industry and his favorite part about his job is happy clients.

Russell is an EMT and loves to help others. He enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and camping. Russell is a former member of the Ohio Fire Department until he landed in Indiana to be with his family. He has 2 and a half years of experience in Commercial Roofing.
